AdU Celebrates Filipino Music

in its 87th Founding Anniversary

     SV Grounds were filled with about 2,100 Adamsonians last February 21 for Falcon Fete 2019 as various artists in the OPM industry celebrated the 87th Founding Anniversary of Adamson University (AdU).

A Reminder that People are from Dust: AdU Commemorates Ash Wednesdays

     Adamsonians commemorated the beginning of Lent Season last March 6 through having their foreheads marked with the ash cross.

        Ash Wednesday began through the imposition of ashes at JP Grounds and a mass both presided by Fr. William Azul Encelan, CM, Director of Campus Ministry Office of Adamson University.

          “If I am not a DJ… no”

          It took a few minutes of laughter before Kuya Chico could answer the question about what he would be if not a radio DJ. He could not think of other answers since in the past ten years, he did not thought of doing something else but to fulfill his one and only dream—to become a radio DJ.

      Somewhere in June 2009, there was this young and conscious Mark Jemel Gales who was nervous to air for the first time. Almost a decade later and you can now tune in every morning listening to a “spontaneous”, “brilliantly crazy”, and “humble” Kuya Chico of 106.7 Energy FM.

Onyok Getigan takes the role

       Rogelio "Onyok" Getigan, assistant coach of Adamson Women's Volleyball Team took the role of being the new head coach of Lady Falcons as he replace coach Airess Padda.

   The three-time Palarong Pambansa and head coach of Baby Falcons was announced by Akarisports.com as the new head coach of AdU WVT last March 1 following three straight losses of Lady Falcons in the UAAP Season 81 Volleyball Tournament.
