The Adamsonian Prayer
Feast of St. Vincent de Paul
The death anniversary of St. Vincent de Paul in September is commemorated through engagement in activities for a week-long feast and thanksgiving parties in the entire Adamson University. These activities allow students to understand the deeper meaning of having a Vincentian spirit. San Vicente: A Zarzuela is staged for the whole week of celebration to unveil the life of St. Vincent de Paul to the Adamsonians.
"Klasmeyt"
Every school has its own prayer to connect to our creator. This prayer completes the character of each Adamsonian following the virtues of St. Vincent de Paul. The Vincentian spirit always look out for those who have less and acknowledge the message of charity.
Blue Day
When Adamson Soaring Falcons are about to face a very important game in UAAP game tournaments, Adamsonians have either the Blue or White Day. This is when students are allowed to wear AdU shirts as a way of showing support for the university athletes. Blue or White Day also happens when there are special occasions inside the campus.
ONLY
IN
ADU
This word has a big help among Adamsonians especially when they don’t know the name of their fellow Adamsonian. Instead of calling Miss or Mister, Adamsonians usually call one another “Klasmeyt”. This tradition is sometimes carried even outside of the university. The culture of calling any student in the campus as Klasmeyt became the reason for students to feel more comfortable with one another and as though everybody is part of a big family.

Culture is defined as set of shared values and attitudes among society. It strengthens the relationships of the people that may lead to openness and appreciation. School culture is the way people, staffs and students interact.
The culture of Adamson University promotes the Vincentian values. Adamsonians are known to be affable. They are charitable and disciplined following the characteristics of Saint Vincent de Paul, the university’s patron saint.
Adamson Walkway
This lengthy walkway is the easiest way to get to the university which is the way of most students coming from Taft. Some people mistakenly know this as the entrance to the university. San Vicente de Paul Parish awaits the end of the walkway.

“If I am not a DJ… no”
It took a few minutes of laughter before Kuya Chico could answer the question about what he would be if not a radio DJ. He could not think of other answers since in the past ten years, he did not thought of doing something else but to fulfill his one and only dream—to become a radio DJ.
Somewhere in June 2009, there was this young and conscious Mark Jemel Gales who was nervous to air for the first time. Almost a decade later and you can now tune in every morning listening to a “spontaneous”, “brilliantly crazy”, and “humble” Kuya Chico of 106.7 Energy FM.
